Author,  awarded screenwriter & voice actress.  Born in Galicia, raised in the Canary Islands.

Desirée studied Translation and Interpreting in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Cologne and Granada, specializing in English and German and developing knowledge of over 15 other languages. She later completed studies in Voice Acting and Sound Editing in Zaragoza.

Interested in literature and writing since her childhood, Desirée wrote her first short story at the age of 7. 
It was not good. Obviously.

After having written for years as a hobby, she decided to take the step into professional writing by self-publishing her first novel; The Sun sets in Bengal, in 2017.
